The wedding of Wendie and John took place a couple of days after christmas, just as the worst of the weather had passed. Their marriage ceremony was held at Screvington Church with the reception taking place at the very lovely Langar Hall. Having arrived at the house to photograph Wendie getting ready, we were all kept on tender hooks waiting for the Bride’s arrival. After a while, Wendie turned up relaxed and full of happiness. At the church John was waiting with his son and best man all looking smart. Wendie arrived wearing a white and black dress with a stylish black fur shawl, brimming with life and joy! The whole affair was warm, intimate and fun! It was a very special relaxed day with the happy couple surrounded by family and close friends.
