I met up with Katie and Adam on a Sunday at the beginning of February. I arrived in their home village of  Edingley and joined them on their afternoon walk with their dog. They took me on a tour of the beautiful countryside surrounding their village and to have this on your doorstep must be amazing. Poppy their super gorgeous dog, pretty much led the way and when needed (and even when not!)  stopped and posed for the camera. We chatted, braced ourselves against the strong winds, got covered in mud (especially Poppy) and then the happy couple even climbed a massive haystack for me. The sun made an occasional outing here and there and when it did, created some beautiful light and shadows.

Thank you for a wonderful leisurely afternoon. I got some fresh air into my lungs at the same time as getting to know you both that little bit more. The gorgeous Poppy has almost convinced me that having a dog would be great fun, much to my families delight! I’m so pleased you chose to stay close to home, it felt right and so very personal. Sometimes it is so easy to take for granted what’s on your doorstep.  For me the location through a pair of fresh eyes was stunning. Looking forward to your Easter wedding! xx
